About Jordyn
Practice Focus

Jordyn Greene is a Veterans Disability Attorney at Berry Law who focuses on helping former service members pursue the benefits they are entitled to under the law. Based in San Antonio, Texas, she spends her days reviewing VA decisions, identifying what comes next for each claim, and developing strategies designed to move cases toward the right result. Her practice is centered on understanding why a claim was denied, what evidence or legal argument is needed to strengthen the case, and how to present the next appeal in a way that gives the Veteran the strongest possible chance of success. She is committed to clear strategy, strong advocacy, and helping clients navigate a system that can often feel frustrating.

Role at Berry Law

Jordyn joined Berry Law in 2025 and has built her work around helping Veterans understand the path forward after difficult or discouraging VA decisions. She knows that many clients come to the firm after years of back-and-forth with the VA, often unsure whether their claim will ever be resolved fairly. Her role is to bring structure and persistence to that process. One of the highlights of her career, she has shared, was helping a Veteran who had spent years fighting for a higher rating finally secure the increase she was entitled to, resulting in a 100% permanent and total award. Experiences like that reinforce the importance of persistence, careful case strategy, and steady advocacy when representing Veterans in appeals.

Service to Veterans

Although Jordyn is not a Veteran herself, military service is a central part of her life and perspective. As a military spouse, she brings firsthand understanding of the challenges that accompany active-duty service, deployments, and military transitions for both service members and their families. That experience allows her to approach each client’s situation with empathy and a practical appreciation for the realities many military families face. She believes this perspective helps her connect more deeply with the people she represents and better understand the broader context behind their claims.

Jordyn has also said that she believes a country’s worth can be judged by how it treats its Veterans, and she is determined to do her part to ensure that each one receives every benefit they are entitled to by law. Her interest in this work was shaped not only by her family’s connection to military life, but also by earlier professional experiences that showed her how important advocacy can be for people navigating large systems. In her view, strong representation means not only fighting for the right outcome but also helping clients feel heard and supported throughout the process.

Background & Interests

During law school, she interned with the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, where she worked on matters that had a significant impact on state law. Before entering the legal profession, she worked in small business advertising and collaborated closely with Veteran-owned businesses, an experience that deepened her understanding of the challenges many Veterans face in civilian life and helped inspire her commitment to advocacy.

Outside of work, Jordyn enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams, including the Miami Dolphins, the Washington Capitals, and the Army Black Knights. She also enjoys running, reading, traveling, and exploring new places in her neighborhood.
