Samantha Robb is a Veterans Disability Attorney at Berry Law whose practice is centered on helping former service members pursue the disability benefits they earned through their service. Her work is grounded in the belief that a country’s military personnel are among its greatest assets and that the promises made to them should be honored through diligent, effective legal advocacy. Samantha approaches Veterans law with a combination of disciplined legal analysis, compassion for the people behind each case, and a clear sense of the life-changing consequences a successful appeal can have for a client and family.
At Berry Law, Samantha focuses on fighting for the benefits clients deserve while helping guide them through a system that can be technical, frustrating, and slow to deliver the support Veterans need. She is part of a team devoted to serving former service members with thoughtful advocacy and strong client care, and she contributes not only through her own casework but also through leadership within her platoon. Samantha has described her work as a daily fight for the benefits Berry Law’s clients have earned, and she also makes herself available to mentor and support the attorneys and case managers around her as Platoon Leader of the 5th Platoon. That combination of advocacy, teamwork, and responsiveness reflects the kind of steady leadership that strengthens both client outcomes and the broader mission of the firm.
Samantha joined Berry Law because she believed she could make a meaningful difference in the lives of Veterans. That commitment shows in the way she approaches each matter: with the understanding that disability claims are never merely paperwork problems, but deeply personal cases tied to a client’s health, livelihood, dignity, and future. Her motivation is not abstract. It is tied to the conviction that those who served should not be left to navigate the VA system alone, especially when the outcome may determine long-term financial stability and access to care.
One of the results that illustrates the impact of that work was securing a retroactive award of more than $400 thousand for a Berry Law client. Outcomes like that help explain why Samantha’s practice is so focused on detail, persistence, and clear advocacy. She understands that careful work on the front end of a case can translate into meaningful relief for a Veteran who has been waiting far too long for the system to recognize what service has cost them.
During law school, she participated in the Abrahams Legal Clinic, the Women’s Law Student Association, and the Moot Court Board, experiences that helped sharpen both her advocacy skills and her service-oriented approach to legal practice. Beyond the classroom, she has mentored underprivileged students through the Partnership 4 Kids Program and served on the board of UNO’s Women and Gender Equity Center, reflecting a longstanding commitment to supporting others and expanding access to opportunity.
Those experiences continue to inform her work today. Samantha brings to Berry Law a blend of legal training, mentorship, and public-service values that aligns naturally with representing Veterans. Her practice is defined by careful advocacy, meaningful teamwork, and a sincere commitment to helping clients secure the benefits they have earned under the law.
